At Hinguland, we provide digital services such as digital marketing, graphic design, SEO, video editing, and website development. Because our services are digital in nature, most payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
Refunds are generally not provided once the service has started. However, in special cases where a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed.
If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Customers may request cancellation before the service work has started. If the work has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
